Do golf carts have Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN)?
The VIN, known as Vehicle Identification Number, is only used for LSV (Low Speed Vehicles), VIN plate is located on the chassis frame, behind the front wheel of the driver side, normally under the serial number plate.

The serial number on your cart can help you determine the manufacturing year. The serial number of each vehicle is located on the chassis frame, behind the front wheel of the driver side. The four letters at the beginning of the serial number indicate the manufacturing year of the vehicle. For further information, contact your local authorized Tara dealer.

Warranty
What does my vehicle's warranty cover?
The duration and coverage of your vehicle’s warranty vary depending on the model. Please consult your dealer or distributor, or refer to the warranty section in your owner’s manual for specific details.
Can my vehicle still be under warranty if I modify it?
Your vehicle’s warranty remains valid only if modifications are made using Tara-authorized accessories and are installed by a Tara-authorized service dealer. Any other modifications may void the warranty.
What happens to the warranty if I sell my vehicle?
The warranty is non-transferable and remains with the original purchaser. However, we recommend contacting your local dealer to confirm any specifics related to your situation.
How are repairs handled under my manufacturer warranty?
For any issues with your vehicle, please bring it to an authorized Tara dealer for diagnosis and repair. If the repairs fall under warranty coverage, the dealer will manage all necessary paperwork with Tara for you.
